How do I proceed if I am interested in one of your rooms?

Is there a minimum length of stay?
A minimum lease of 6 months will be required in compliance with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore.
What documents do I need to provide as a tenant?
Prior to signing a Tenancy Agreement with us, we will need a digital copy of your NRIC (for Singaporeans) or FIN card/passport (for non-Singaporeans). This is required in compliance with The Immigration Act And Women's Charter for Lease of residential properties.
Will bedding be provided?
A new set of bedding and pillows, as well a mattress protector will be provided upon your tenancy confirmation.
Will there be additional charges for room cleaning and utilities?
As part of our commitment to maintain clean and pest-free units, we will provide housekeeping services for the common area, kitchen and common toilets. You may request for your room to be cleaned at no additional charge, however do inform us a week in advance so the team can make the necessary preparations. Nevertheless, we strongly encourage all tenants to observe basic hygiene practices at all times, such as discarding any unwanted food as soon as possible.
The team will cover all utility charges capped at between S$400 - S$500 monthly depending on the total occupancy in the premise. In the event of a spillover, the excess will be split and shared equally amongst all tenants. We would also advise for all electronic devices and appliances to be switched off when not in use for safety, cost-efficiency and environmental reasons.
Who pays for the quarterly air-conditioning servicing?
The team will handle all scheduling and make the necessary arrangements needed for servicing accordingly, quarterly air-conditioning servicing fee is covered in the rent. Tenant will pay for servicing fee if aircon misuse or breakdown due to tenant's negligence.
Will I be allowed to keep pets?
We love animals ourselves but because our units are communal spaces, we unfortunately do not allow any pets.
Can I smoke in the unit?
We have a strictly no smoking policy in all rooms and the entire unit. We thank you in advance for your kind understanding.
Is cooking allowed in the unit?
Definitely! Our kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and cutlery. However, do be mindful of your cooking time so that everyone gets a chance to use the area. Please also clean up accordingly after use.
May I invite friends over?
Of course! Visitors are allowed as long as they are not disruptive to the other tenants, and are advised not to stay past 10pm. Alternatively, why not book the condominium's multi-purpose hall facilities if you're hosting a large group?
